At present, SiteRush does not support full returns. We offer exchanges within 24 hours of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. Due to logistical complexity and handling risks, plywoods, MDFs, and HDFs are not eligible for exchange.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and reported within 24 hours of delivery for any exchange request. Damages or discrepancies must be reported immediately upon delivery. Approved exchanges will be processed based on product availability. SiteRush reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
