By accessing or placing an order on SiteRush, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SiteRush provides an online platform for procurement of construction materials including plywood, cement, electricals, and allied products. Product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines may vary based on location, stock, and logistical conditions. All orders are subject to confirmation.
Delivery is typically made to the ground floor or accessible unloading point. If lift services are unavailable and materials (especially plywood) are required to be carried by stairs beyond one floor, additional labour charges may apply. These charges are calculated at ₹3 per plywood per floor and are payable directly to the labourers. SiteRush does not retain any portion of this amount. GST invoices are issued and provided with the delivery. SiteRush reserves the right to cancel or modify orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or unforeseen operational constraints.
Force Majeure
SiteRush shall not be held liable for any delay, failure, or interruption in performance of its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). These include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, floods, or earthquakes
- Strikes, labour unrest, or transport disruptions
- Government actions, lockdowns, or regulatory restrictions
- Site access issues, building restrictions, or lack of lift availability
- Power failures, internet outages, or system failures beyond control
During a Force Majeure Event, SiteRush’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event. We will make reasonable efforts to resume services at the earliest possible opportunity once normal conditions are restored.
Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of the SiteRush platform, products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
